When you meet URLs that cannot be downloaded, you
can add them to Tough URL list. Remember, once a
URL is in tough URL list, you will never see the content of this URL in browser
or A/V player. Because they all are blocked by CooJah. So when you do not want
these URLs to be treat as tough URLs, you should remove them from tough URL
list.
